Cotton Embargo...

Thu Jul 23, 2009 7:07 pm

As the south the Cotton embargo seems to have a turn delay on it, it doesnt occour the turn after you sign for it but instead the turn after that (so two turns after you sign). Missed two late cycle Embargos because of this...

Sometimes the embargo kicks in right away, sometimes it gets delayed. I think it is influenced by your other expenditures; if you don't have any money left after inflation, the embargo is the first thing the engine gets rid of to put you back in the green.
