Larger Depot

Hello,

Without changing the 2Depot.str file, how can one have larger Depots than 1?

I have put 2 in my setup file, but the game still shows Depot of Level 1.

I want the game to be set at 1 (which is set correctly in 2Depot.str), but I want some of my starting locations to have 2.

Is this again a compiler error forcing it back to 1, even though my setup indicates 2?
