Strategic Atlas

A minor suggestion; if easy to implement could the F1 unit roster (or strategic atlas as it seems to be called when mousing over the globe)
allow a page up and down or cntl-click command to move through it a page at a time rather than the many clicks on the arrow currently required to read through it.
