odd CSA behavior

im playing v1.13 as the Union with the AI set for normal difficulty, use all behaviors, low detection bonus, normal aggressiveness, and more time.

I keep noticing that PGT keeps on taking the Army of the potpmac towards fort Monroe leaving Manassas undefended. I know Butler cant be that big of a threat with only a battery of artillery

A common approach to achieving fun play vs the AI is increasing the fow bonus she gets. This will give her a good view of all of the things she can do other than attack Ft. Monroe.

I still have P.G.T taking a force (though it is a small one) to monroe, and in my current game Johnston has a huuge stack just sitting there at Harpers Ferry. Been like that for the entire first year.

Was on Hard diff. +1 act., and what I thought was a good FOW bonus.

Going to try again with and even better FOW bonus, and for grins give them a better activation bonus.
