I've tried a few times to take advantage of the "pre-order" offer without success. Each time I try, both the EU Shop and the UK Shop fail to open and Internet Explorer aborts the mission

Can you try With Firefox? To see if your IE browser is the cause of the problem...

On the day I pre-ordered I also had trouble with Internet Explorer and had to use Mozilla. You gentlemen at Ageod should check into this as it could cost you sales.
