Minor victory : anything else.
If an objective is not reachable due to a bug or something, that's an issue.
According to what Narwhal said I should be awarded with MAJOR Victory. However, despite controlling all objective cities I only scored MINOR victory. How come? Is this bug or we overlooked something?
