I am about to reorganize the Anglo-Allied army a bit in the 1815 campaign, as it's evidently not in its best possible shape, with lot of command penalties ... or let's say I am just playing around a bit.
Now here comes. The manual says it needs a 2- or 3-star to form a corps. Sure enough, if I try any 1-star, even with a high seniority, the button is greyed out.
However, Decken can form a corps in spite of being a 1-star only. This works whether he is with his "force" or alone, or anywhere else. He is the only 1-star I can find who can do so ... how is that? Thanks.
