Game Critical Error!

-DISREGARD- apparently old saves or info resident in the game folder was causing gremlins with my new install, once I deleted the old folder, and reinstalled I can now play a save.

Hi All,

I sent info regarding this in to support. As it stands I cant play the game from a save, current or otherwise, running the game on XP, had no problems before 1.09 in this respect. I reinstalled the game, DLed the 1.09 patch, and same problem. The moment I try to play a saved it indicates a critical error and closes the game. Here is the log...

I would also like to add that the customer service displayed has been stellar. I cant recall the last time I was so quickly responded to via email to resolve my problems with the game. Simply outstanding!
