Warship stuck on Lake Erie. Help!!!

I know this has been brought up before but I can't find the thread. I have a warship built on Lake Erie - used the Ohio and Erie Canal to get it to Franklin but now I'm stuck. Where do I go from here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
