How much more important now are those critical multi-rail junctions to movement. You cannot just entrain your boys and skirt an extra region or two out of the way of that Union force - no, sir! In fact, that railhead might likely be the only connection westward (or eastward). It is intriguing, and those who like to play as CSA, I think, will find it a harder game. Great!
Now to the supply issue. As I understand it, supply is pushed forwards to the front, and is affected by RRs or the lack thereof (Correct me if I am wrong, guys). Well, then - you can be sure that with a decreased amount of RRs in the east-west direction (as the CSA), supply will become a more pressing need.

But it is as it should be. The CSA route should be very tough from a logistical standpoint. Just wanted to mention that as I am perceiving how the adoption of a historical RR network will affect the game.
On to another issue... I am of the mind that the industrial infrastructure that can be built - the ' rating capacity' for each state - for the South is too high. Hold on - I'm not asking AGEod to change that. But what I would like to do is alter my own files so that the states rate as follows (bear in mind these are for my own files):
Average:
Virginia
Georgia
Below Average:
Tennessee
North Carolina
South Carolina
Louisiana
Poor:
Texas
Florida
Alabama
Mississippi
Arkansas
So if anyone knows where I can find these values, I would be greatly appreciative. And any comments on the RR impact are always welcome.
