About LYON and other historical generals

Some Generals died early. As always, there's no real way to estimate accuratly what would have been their stats at higher ranks. Hood was a good division leader and was abysmal in charge of the Tennessee army.

Who knows if LYON wouldn't have had the same evolution?

So just an idea: the system should randomly select between good ,average or bad level for promotion to 2 or 3 stars ranks;
