Requirements for Tilsit

Can someone help me know what the requirements for firing the Tilsit event are? It has not shown up in my game from the F3 or F4 screens. I'm France and I currently hold Berlin, Danzig, Konigsberg, Posen, and Warsaw. Prussia is utterly defeated, though I am still at war with them. I am also at war with the Russians, but have had little combat with them. What other requirements must I meet? Does anyone know?

Go to my documents/my games/wars of napoleon/ngc/scripts

Sort that directory by date modified, looking for the latest script <turn #>.txt

Attach to this thread and I can tell you what's missing. Tilsit has a gaggle of requirements.

I think you need Hamburg as well, just a thought. Lodz too, just slightly south-west from Warsaw.

Well, according to the PRU Peace Event file, the script I've cut and pasted here seems to indicate that the event only checks whether Prussia controls Berlin, Konigsberg, and Warsaw...unless I'm missing something. I haven't checked in a while, but I'm willing to bet anything that their morale is below 75...their entire army has been essentially destroyed....

Also, the year is 1807, meeting the date requirement, obviously.
