Salt Water Blues

Salt water and I don't mix well; I am very clumsy when it comes to handling ships. So, when forced to venture out on to the big, blue, wet thing, I like rowing in someone else's wake.


1st question: What ship mix should a high sea's battle fleet contain? And in what proportions?


2nd question: Germany starts with armed merchant ships scattered around the world. How does one make the best use of them?


3rd question: I know that submarines in the Atlantic Blockade box effect America’s diplomatic standing. How does this process work?

4th question: Raiding cruiser detachments, where should they be sent and in what numbers?
