Albania?

Hi,

I noticed that Albania is neutral territory that can't be entered, but there is no Albania flag in the diplomatic box. What's the deal
here? Are there triggers that allow Albania to be entered?

I've wondered this myself as well. I once had a thought of retreating my Serbs to Albania by declaring war on them but I didn't find them in the diplomatic boxes.

Albania cannot be entered. It would probably be more historically accurate to have Albania be 100% neutral, allowing both sides to traverse it but not supply through it, but that's difficult to implement within the game engine. Therefore we just left it neutral.
