On Thanksgiving, something to be thankful for

Thu Nov 22, 2012 5:07 pm

On Thanksgiving, there is a very old American tradition. It is to think of what you are thankful for, and express gratitude. The list can be as long as you like. Among the many items on my list, several involve Ageod and this community.

I am thankful for the Phils, for keeping Ageod alive, for keeping Ageod true to itself, for making the finest games ever made, for making history itself come alive in a unique and enjoyable way, for always being our friends, for being unbelievably talented, decent, generous, and kind, for going farther than anyone to support their games and help their customers, and for being perfect exemplars of what all gaming company leaders should be, yet almost never are.

I am thankful for everyone else who works on these games, who also make it possible for us to enjoy them.

I am thankful for this community, the best online community I have ever seen or heard of, who are courteous, intelligent, civilized, extremely well informed, share my love of Ageod and military history, and are so willing to help and contribute.
