Philippe, you nail it...
we just can make clear threads in order to the problems after 1.02.
from seeing what happened last few months, i would make an educated guess that...
1.) for the patch 1.02 they focused on gameplay only and no longer hotfixing the lot of graphical problems and wrongly linked texts...
2.) the read in the background but have few time to support small questions
3.) they have a very long "open points/ issues" list but did not get additional budget from their Parent company...
for my part i hope they manage the tests for a 1880 campaign.
afterwards there will be enough problems with minor hotfixes which also can be done from dedicated players / better: from those of the dedicated players who have time at the moment

...not paid by AGEOD.
however, prone to throw them into disarray.
PS:
‘Everything is very simple in War, but the simplest thing is difficult. These difficulties accumulate and produce a friction which no man can imagine exactly who has not seen War . . . in War, through the influence of an infinity of petty circumstances, which cannot properly be described on paper, things disappoint us, and we fall short of the mark.‘
