Startup campaign

I'm starting a new campaign as union and I need some good tips on getting started( organization, troop movements, what to attack first)

You'll spend a lot of time learning the basics, and will probably start over several times. So, take it cool and be ready. Try taking Manassas and Harper's Ferry in the East, while keeping the CSA out of Alexandria and Washington. Hang on to Ft. Monroe too! In the West, protect Cairo and St. Louis. See if you can taken Rolla and Jefferson City. Get ready to invade Kentucky in late August or so. Learn how to build your army. Don't worry about the navy too much the first game or two.
