But to my question. Blunt arrives with two regiments of Lipan indi... eh, native Americans. The tool-tip on the Lipans says that they have a Command Cost of 0 -in words zero-, but stacked with master Blunt the the tool-tip of the stack says Command Usage 4(!!).
I read some insinuations in the forum about leading foreign troops and some penalties, and the Lipans certainly have a different unit color, so I suppose that they are considered from a different nation. Historically they considered themselves to be from a different nation, and we certainly treated them as if they were foreigners. So where does it say anything about leading foreign troops?
BTW On one of the units it says Lippan Indians with 2 'p's instead of the correct way which is with one 'p'.
