Been away from the game for about a year now, but I've been regularly checking in to see what hot improvements have been made! So now I've d/l the latest patch and applied. But I am curious as to one thing:

What customizations or improvements are recommended as the hot tip? That is, what things not included with the latest 1.11 patch?

I'm itching to get back into this game as baseball season is drawing to its inevitable close (I was a beta for OOTP's latest baseball sim, so have been wrapped up in that for some time).

Philippe = French
Philip/Phillip = English
Felipe = Spanish

And calling me Phil isn't the worst it could be. I cannot tell you how many women refer to me as Philbert. It drives me crazy.
