Financial tab

So is there a specific point at which I should be able to open up the financial tab?

When I attempt to click it, the game kind of freezes the tooltip in place for the button and I can select no other options other than another tab like draft or economy.

I figure I either have a bug, a bad file or am just missing something fairly obvious as this has happened every game that I have started. (I have started several as I have gone through to look at the various scenarios).

Bummer... Kind of what I suspected...

I had a bit of trouble installing and patching this game. I essentially kept crashing out while it was starting up. A clean install got me past there, but now I have this. This perhaps could be a result of my not deleting the directory (or verifying a full uninstall) as you have suggested.

Can be video problem also.
