Preparing to move Grant to the AoP, (he and Sherman are wintering in Atlanta for the moment). Operation "meat grinder" to begin in earnest. Plenty of fodder built up in the East.
I've got to quit using up much of the rail for transportation. It's been killing me on the supply side things I'm sure. (yep, I've been building up rail/riverine too, but moving large divisions and such eats up travel).
Also, the AI took an interesting diversion. Van Dorn was launching a new invasion of Missouri, and I had to scramble some troops to cut that movement. Eventually they succumbed to attrition. (Heck, even Halleck got to see some action).
