The south gets a few too, although I contend there should be more, the most famous being the Stonewall Brigade.
All these brigades are put into divisons, but you only need one elite brigade to make the division have elite charcteristics.....putting two in wont make it a double elite I dont think lol
I think whats throwing you is the sharpshooter symbol thrown in too, as normally you have to put a skirmish brigade in too.
