I don't - I put him in command of what used to be the Army of Northeast Virginia. When you dismiss McDowell and put Mclellan in charge it becomes the Army of Potomac which is very good too
Oh sure, it makes your corps commanders slightly less likely to activate but '1' strategic compared to '2' doesn't make that much difference - they tend to be so low anyway you don't get many activations regardless
Anyway, it means the Sep/Oct one can go to Fremont and then hopefully Grant can gain seniority quickly so you only 'pay' once for ignoring Banks/Butler in the fourth army set up.
