Duplicated Events and Generals in Apr61 Campaign

Hello,
I am playing a PBEM using 1.09e (both running same) and we are in Nov 1863 and the recent trn has refired many of the '63 events. We are playing the July '61 Grand Campaign.

I also got my '63 generals again and Pinkerton in Washington again (he was already eliminated in our game). So I have have all my '63 generals duplicated and the events duplicated although I am pretty sure it has NOT affected the US Morale or VP's. I had 116NM prior to turn and there were no battle results that affected the US morale except I took Meridian MS, which is a strategic city and so the US now has 117NM which could mean the events (including W. Virginia joining Union which adds 5NM) didnt actually affect the game tally's.

My CSA opp has reporting that he has seen a large number of events also on this turn and his NM has a net gain of 2 NM, from 116 to 118 NM. It now appears that the CSA got some added VP's too. Maybe, the CSA got some boosts from the events being duplicated but not the USA.

My opp has reverted back a turn and rerun it, and the events trigger again...so the problem is with the July '61 scenario config file that controls the events (maybe the generals arrivals also).

Any help or suggestions to remedy this??
