I haven't been able to get this game running yet and maybe I won't (I have my fingers crossed that something will work out) but wanted to say that the level of customer service and support has been fantastic. No secret that many developers and publishers don't handle things so well so I wanted to make sure and acknowledge that I have been treated wonderfully....even if I am not playing the game.....yet. Thanks to all!
