The title says it all, I just spotted this in one of my PbEMs for the very first time:

Note: I had another blockade force there completely unsupplied for two turns (the previous turn and at the beginning of the above turn, because it took them more than one turn to leave the box and reach a harbour). So maybe my own sailors caught all the fish (and seaweed, for the vitamins :nuts: ) on their way home, leaving the waters empty? :bonk:
