Slow Resolution Time and Background Music

Tue Jul 03, 2007 9:31 pm

I wonder what time is considered for calculating one turn in a full campaign scenario? On my system (P IV 2.6 GHz Dual Core, 2GB RAM, XP Media Center) it takes several minutes before a resolution is displayed.

Further, is there any way to enable continuous background music? I'm tempted to play some of the old Battleground series music files one after each rather than getting a random song every five minutes. Or can someone recommend a shoutcast/nullcast station (playing those old songs) to listen to while playing the game?

The background music is saved in the directory ...\AGEod's American Civil War\ACW\Sounds\ as mp3 files. So you can play them with the media player of you choice as background music. :)
