NM and VP not showing top left

Aren't the VP and NM levels supposed to show at the top left of the screen?

I bought the full version last night and unistalled the demo, but I think the demo did have that feauture that now I don't see in the full version.

Help?

This happened to me when I first bought and started the game.
It is a font issue.
After re-starting my PC everything was fine.

Try that first, then we'll dig up the old thread where Pocus gives a solution.
