Div Hq Bug

Here is another one.....

I had several DIV HQ's(all in one contaner) in Richmond..split them off and sent them on their way...I added units to one of them then tried to add a leader a few turns later. I get the - symbol to split off the Divison so I can add the Commander to it but it will not open.(the div is the only unit in the container) I move mouse over the division and I see 2 Hq's in there. The 15th and 12th div.....The 15th(moved out a few turns ago) is across the map in Tenn. but it still shows up in this divison.
I am now stuck with a division that I can't open or add any troops to(it only has 1 brig).....I guess im kind of screwed.....
