Welcome to the forums. You can not upload at this time (due to spammer restrictions on new accounts).

You will need to get to 5 or 10 posts to unlock a lot of the abilities (it looks like you'll pass the time requirements) - I can't remember how many to upload right now. So your goal is to get to 10 posts, and then you can post what is happening, and someone can look into it.
