Old patch?

I am moving my games to my new computer. To continue my present PBEM I will need the 1.10c patch for AACW. Any idea where I can get that? Or would it work to just copy the complete game over to the new machine? Even if the present machine is XP and the new Vista? Thanks for any help. :)
