No serial included in box

Today I recievied my copy of AACW in the mail, I bought it from the scandinavian online retailer CDON.com. However, a manual was not included, which means the serial isn't included aswell (I've looked in the box, under the disc, the back of the box..). I've emailed support@ageod.com with a scanned jpeg of the bill I recieved, and explained the situation.

How long will it generally take to get the serial key? I really, really want to play the game, and was awfully dissappointed when I got the game and it didn't include a serial.

Your mail with the jpeg should be sufficient to verify your purchase, and I'm sure AGEOD support will get back to you quite soon (i.e. tomorrow, to give an ETA). Sorry that your playing the game has been delayed due to this pubsliher's error; rest assured that we'll get things in order

(Finally managed to reset my password to this forum. Puh!)

I have the same problem, i.e., bought the game at cd.se (who first sent me the wrong game, a civil war game from Paradox 2nd Manassas... ;o) ).

Anyway, I forwarded the order confirmation I received from CDON to Ageod's support. And will hopefully get some help so that I can start playing this wonderful game, which I hope is as good or even better than Napoleon's Campaigns. (I like that there is a full campaign in AACW.)
