Serial Key

Hi,
I originally bought American Civil War a year ago with the online download and the mailed hard copy. I had to re-install my operating system recently and just tried to reinstall the game from my hard copy, but when I enter the serial key that is on the disk it says that it isn’t as long as it should be and setup won’t finish. Please help!

Sounds like you installed Vista... Did you?
