Digital Download problem

I purchased the game through Gamestop.com and it gave me a link to download the game. The game installed fine but when I run the game the config utility comes up and asks me for the serial number from my verification document. I can't seem to find the number on the Readme.pdf or the game manual pdf that came with the download. Is there something I am missing?

Thank you all for your help. cdvusa.com responded to my support ticket and has sent me some useful information im gonna try when I get home from work. If it doesnt work I will email your support team with my reciept.
