Config Utility...

Wed Oct 01, 2008 8:49 pm

So, I have AGEod Civil War, had it for a while, never had a problem with it. Recently patched it all the way up to 1.11a or whatever the exact name is. I had never used the config utility before but wanted to see what it did...it comes up, says my serial number, I click ok, it says it's saved...then it comes to Program Comaptiability Assisstant. Tells me the program is missing a windows component and tries (and fails) to find it online. Can anyone help me out here?

The utility don't need anything beside itself. I guess you are under Vista?

Either you find this 'compatibility assistant' at the Microsoft website, or you enter your key manually in the file ACW\Settings\general.opt then.
