Where did you buy the game? AGEOD online store? Matrix? Gamersgate? Somewhere else? This kind of problem is something that the people you bought the game from will have to handle....

Rafiki, this is the same request for help as in the 1.11 patch thread, i.e., the "no supply asset set " problem.

No, I do not think that you have thrown money anywhere. There will be help as soon as Pocus is online again, I think. :)

As I said, there will be help as soon as Pocus (one of AGEOD's heads) will be online again. The problem is identified and can only be solved by him or other "officials". Thanks for your patience. :)

Nah, this is a better place, since this problem probably doesn't relate directly to 1.11a.

Can you please send me your serial key by PM? There is something I wish to check about it. Alternatively send it to support@ageod.com (accompanied by a reference to this thread)

Don't worry about your money. Ageod is a top-notch customer service outfit. I know this is too late for you, but I think it a good idea to buy directly from the company - especially THIS company - when purchasing future games. Like many here, I've reinstalled countless times without that kind of worry. Also, they make super special provisions for you when downloading, etc. Can't beat 'em!

jst found this on eb games

Date: Monday 28 April, 2008
FAQ Summary:
How many times can you redownload/reactivate/reinstall your game?

FAQ Content:
When you purchase a product from Trymedia or one of our partners, you receive up to 5 licenses (numbers vary depending on the publisher). They can be used to reinstall the product after system crashes, reformats, or to use the game on more than one computer in your household.

When you run out of licenses, simply email our technical support team, and we will renew your licenses. This can be done more than once, as long as you haven't distributed the software to other users, and if no refund has been processed.

Any additional computers you'd like to have the software on must have a live internet connection during the activation process (download, installation, and licensing). After the software has successfully downloaded, installed, and licensed, no internet connection is generally required to run it. Licenses are not transferable between product titles.

Thanks Barker, that helps confirm what we believe has happened here.

I'll check your mail containing the serial key to confirm it (it hasn't reached us yet), and though I can't guarantee it, I'm pretty sure we'll have a resolution to this. :)
