No New Scenarios in 1.08c

I downloaded patch 1.08c & installed it over v1.07f. But the scenarios the read me said were included with it were not there & not in the game folder either. I reinstalled it & got the same result. I redownloaded 1.08c from a different link & installed it. No scenarios. I uninstalled AACW & reinstalled it & then installed 1.08c. Still no new scenarios. The new options have been there each time but not the scenarios.I opened another scenario & had no problem doing so. Were the new scenarios removed from 1.08c or do I need 1.08 patched 1st to get them? Am I looking in the wrong place because they are not even in the game folder. If I need 1.08 1st where is the link for it?
