Help, I really screwed up

Tue Jul 17, 2007 10:42 pm

For want of a better place to post this and your contact@ageod.com address not working for me I'm going to risk humiliation and derision by posting here for all to see my inexcusable stupidity. I suffered a hard drive crash and lost my downloaded version of the game. Of course I also failed to back-up my program so all is lost (fortunately this was the only one). I was wondering if there was any way for me to get the program again without having to pay for it?

Did you save the mail you recived when you bought the game (my was named "Your software order" and "Telechargement.fr Invoice")? Then there is either a working link there, to download it again, or a activition code/serial number that I think AGEOD can accept as a proof that you have payed for it and then they help you to download it again, Im quite sure of.

No problem if you bought the game from us.

Send a PM to Pocus and PhilThib explaining everything and giving your details, they'll retrieve you and your serial code in the database and will arrange for you to be able to download the game again.

However, be aware that most AGEod staff are away from office in this period, so this might take longer than usual.

I'm still at work (part time) until friday excluded. Send me your real name and email used for the ordering at support@ageod.com and this will be enough.
