CSA naval buiild oddities

In the reinforcement section on the ocean going naval tab there are various oddities going on. Firstly the brig type builds for the Deep South region are duplicated (3 are listed instead of 1). There are also 3 Steam Frigate builds, and 2 Frigate builds. On the other hand I can only build Transport ships for the South West and South East region. I guess there is a mix up somewhere in allocating builds for the various regions.
