First time I've ever seen this with BoA or AACW. AACW was minimized when the error occurred. Let me know if there is anything I should send you.

if the screen saver or a return to the session panel triggered, this is a known case. It is better to quit the game if you minimize it for a long time.
Another possibility is that you launch another directX game.
