How do I change sound volumes?

Is there any way I can change the volume between the music and sound effects. I'm sure I've overlooked something, but all I've seen for the in-game menu is the option to turn either music or sound effects off or on. In searching through the settings files I only find the same.

As it currently stands, in order to hear the music at a volume I like, I have to be prepared for ear-splitting sound effects. The other option is to set the volume for a comfortable sound effects level, in which case the music is so quiet that it might as well be turned off.

sorry not for now... At worse, you can disable music and use an external program to play them.
