Save game file already in use?

Hello, I can't load my save game file, it is apparently being used by another process?

Very odd error, I am using the latest beta patch, and here is my save+log.

That particular message is the bane of my existence every other time I try to empty a really large deleted file from my recycle bin. I usually have to shut down my computer for a while and give it a rest. And that doesn't always work. I'd love to hear more about it. I'd always suspected that it was a memory leak of some kind, and that it could headed off by turning something off inside Task Manager. But I've never had much luck with that.

I fixed it, reverted back to one turn back. Game works great now.
