Installation error

I'm attempting an install on a WinXP machine and keep getting an invalid serial code error. Game is new, never installed on any other machine and I do have the key code clearly typed in correctly. I have gone in and modified the general.opt file to reflect the correct serial code, and the files all seem to be in the correct directory as if the game had installed.

Any ideas? Would a system integrated video card and not an upgraded video card cause this? Any other ideas?

Integrated video can cause problems, but not this one
