Igm 4500

Hello everyone,

my laptop broke down, so I am in need of buying a new one.

Question is: does anyone have experience running AACW with Intel Graphics Media Accelerator 4500? Will it suffice for playing AACW should I rather opt for something more powerful, an Nvidia or ATI graphic accelerator?

I am extremely interested about this myself...really weird in fact that I'm wondering EXACTLY the same thing, as of about an hour ago.

Try to have something which is at 250 or higher on this chart:

(an example of chart, you can use another one, with another resolution).

I'm using a Nvidia 8600 GT(m) to develop and play all our games and it is quite enough at 1680x1050.

fwiw nemethand, the intel 4500 on my new laptop runs the game like a champ. You prolly already purchased a new laptop I bet, but just thought I'd throw it out there.
