I installed the update and the quickfix 3. Now, certain information does not show up on the screen. For example, in the upper left hand corner I should see the victory points and morale and see neither. When I produce locomotives and riverine craft, neither costs are displayed. On the objectives screen, all of the flags are two levels down from where they should be. What do I need to do to fix?

The display glitch on flags will be fixed for tomorrow.
For the missing texts, it can happen, on some rare computers, when you patch. In this case, it is better to copy the fonts of the game directly in the fonts directory of Windows.
