Another Critical Error

Hi,

I am finding after a year into the game i am getting this Critical Error/crash when i hit the turn button.

Will send file to support@ageod but how do i reduce the save file from 19MB zipped to something i can email?

Hi
I guess the 19 MB include all the backups turns up to 24 that the game automatically store.
Probably it will be enough if you email only the latest turns: the files directly on the save game folder (current turn) anf the folders named backup1, backup2...)
I think the replay files (extension .rpl) are not needed either unless the error was related with the replay function somehow.
Oh! and don't forget to add the logs in the logs folder too!

I guess you are the person which have memory errors in the log. It has more to do with a problem with the video driver than anything else in this case. You should update it, plus make some tests without winter graphics and a reduced max texture size (Options Window)
