Problem with cont to Next turn

Hello everyone,
Hope everything is going well.
I have a slight problem I hope you can help with.
When I start a full campaign and I try and goto the next turn
I get nothing, nothing happens I was wondering if this is a bug or am I
missing something? :confused:
