I have the CD, how do I recover my codes?

I bought this game about a year ago. Installed and played. We moved and I had to have my computer reformatted. Now I go to reinstall the game and I cannot find the box it came with and thus am missing my code to install the game. How do I fix it or request new codes?

I am sure someone like Philippe Thibaut will come along and help you, but for future preventative advice, I keep a text file that contains all my game codes on my computer and online. :)
