My computer is very new and powerful, I have an Intel Quad Core q9450 (in my opinion the most important), 4 gb 800 mhz RAM and a xfx 8800 gt graphics card, but still I spend about a minute waiting for the next turn.
This is a big game, I'm aware of that, with a lot of textures, units and so on to deploy, but isn't a minute, and sometimes more, a little to much time waiting for a new turn.
I've tried changing all the different options under "system", turning texture size to the smallest, allowing higher use of memory and so on, but it's still the same.
Is this normal, or am I having problems with the game?
I've tried re-installing, even installingen after a complete system recovery etc, but it just won't change.
(PS: This DOES NOT mean that I don't like this game. I find it awesome. I'm also a fresh player, so don't be to hard on me
)
