No Building costs

Playing version 1.11f, when I press for building Railroad or river road capacity I don`t have any losts for money or supply


Edit: And no costs for building units!

Edit2: So it is, I don`t have any building costs for railroad or river capacity, playing north on Easy. Only when I buy industries I`ve losses in money and supply..1.11f

Yes, 1.11g is incoming. For bugs in public beta patches, it is better to report it in the public beta thread. No need to alarm regular users with bugs they will never see
